Garden design & landscaping · Bath

Gardens made for living, not just looking.

We design and build calm, characterful outdoor spaces around the way you actually live — from first sketch and planting plan to the final stone laid.

A quieter kind of landscaping

Designed around the house. Rooted in the landscape.

Bath gardens have their own character: honey-coloured stone, changing levels, mature boundaries and views worth protecting. We start with those things, then shape the garden around how you want to use it.

The result is not a collection of fashionable features. It is one coherent space — with good routes, comfortable places to sit, materials that belong and planting that gets better as it settles.

Selected work

Three very different gardens.

Compact courtyards, family gardens and mature country plots ask different questions. The common thread is restraint: fewer materials, clearer structure and planting that belongs.

The details matter

Stone, timber, planting and light should feel like one decision.

We keep palettes deliberately tight. In a Bath garden that might mean locally sympathetic stone, clay pavers, gravel, oak, restrained metalwork and planting that softens those harder edges rather than fighting them.

It is the junctions — the step that lands in the right place, the wall that becomes a seat, the planting that brushes a path — that make a finished garden feel resolved.

How it works

A clear process, with space for good ideas.
