Gardens with their own character.
A city courtyard should not feel like a country garden squeezed smaller. A family garden should not become a showroom. We design from the place outwards.
What changes from project to project is the answer — not the level of thought behind it.
We use projects to show more than a finished hero image. Each one explains the problem we were solving, the choices that shaped the layout and the material or planting palette that held the scheme together.
Lansdown · Bath
A small courtyard with architectural calm.
Warm stone, restrained geometry and planting that softens every edge. The challenge was making a compact city garden feel generous without overfilling it.

A family garden with places to disappear into.
Better routes, a generous dining terrace and planting that feels established rather than installed — while keeping enough open space for ordinary family life.

Making a mature garden feel like itself again.
Editing, replanting and a lighter touch around a characterful stone house. The maturity was the asset, so the design worked with it rather than clearing it away.
