Cheap should describe the bill. Not the finished site.
We standardise the boring technical parts. The bit your customers see still gets proper attention: hierarchy, wording, calls to action, mobile layout and the overall feel of the business.
You provide the facts. We shape the page.
Titles, metadata support and internal linking.
We cut the expensive process around the website. Not the useful work inside it.

adventures, not just a walk? Dog walking across Southport and surrounding areas. Book a free meet-up
Here’s what the low-cost promise looks like when it goes live.
Kay9 Adventures is a real dog-walking business serving Southport and the surrounding area. We built the site to the scope and process behind our £349 Local package — rather than creating a special showcase site with an agency-sized budget.

Same build process. Nothing like Kay9.
Northline Electrical is a fully working demonstration website for a fictional Newcastle electrician. We built it to prove that a streamlined low-cost build does not mean reusing the same visual template.
EV CHARGER INSTALLATIONSame production model. Three more completely different visual directions.
Landscaping, accountancy and beauty are now complete working WordPress demonstrations — built to show that the framework underneath does not dictate what the customer sees.

Package scope is confirmed before work starts. Ecommerce, memberships, complex booking systems, portals and specialist integrations are quoted separately.
A cheap first invoice is not the same as a search-ready website.
We are not going to pretend a £99 template site can never cost less. It can. The difference is what happens before your site is handed over.
LCWD includes the launch work that budget builds often leave for the customer to discover later.
We do not just press Publish.
Before handover we make sure the basic search infrastructure is actually in place. That does not guarantee rankings — nobody can honestly promise that — but it means Google is not being asked to work out a half-finished site by itself.
Comparison describes common proposition types rather than every supplier. Always check exactly what a provider includes and whether you own the finished website.
Brief. Plan. Build. Launch.
The price only works because the process stays controlled. That is a feature, not a corner being cut.
Especially useful when the website needs to turn visits into enquiries.
The obvious questions, answered.
If something important is vague before you buy, the pricing is not really transparent.
Do I own the website?+
Yes. Once the agreed build is paid for, the website and the content we create for it are yours. Managed hosting is optional.
How can you build a proper website for £249?+
By standardising the underlying technical framework and keeping the scope controlled. We spend the time on the customer-facing design, content and structure.
Does the price include SEO?+
It includes technical and on-page foundations. Ongoing competitive SEO, link acquisition and sustained content campaigns are separate.
Will my site look like everyone else’s?+
No. The framework underneath is reusable; the visual language, layout, hierarchy, content and calls to action are adapted to the business.
Do I have to use your hosting?+
No. Managed hosting is offered for convenience. You can move the website to another suitable WordPress host.
Spend less on the website. Not on how your business looks.
